VIX Indicator… Jeff would appreciate…

VIX Indicator… Jeff would appreciate if you would explain how the Tuesday levels are 19.20 and 19.50 as I thought it was 25% above previous days close.

It is 25% above the lowest close of the last TWO days. You need to allow two days for a signal to fire. So the 19.20 is 25% above Friday’s close, and the 19.50 is 50% above the most recent VIX low of 13.00 on 4/1.
