SPX put spread closed

BTC SPX Sep 7 2165/2160 BuPS @ .10 opened Sep 7 @ .25 for an 11 hour trade. Taking risk off for a small profit.

why you closed it early?

  I closed early for a couple of reasons, I should have stated. First, I like to maintain a 15 to 20 point cushion for my short strike. Second, I was concerned that the Apple 7 iPhone announcement may have a negative effects on markets. Third, the SPX had been dipping but retracing, so wound it still hold the 2179 support. Fourth, the nature of mid week 11 hour options, it seems, has been somewhat harder to trade – liquidity maybe. And, lastly I had to leave my computer for the rest of the day as my schedule was changed for me?!
  
  I’m keeping my trades on the conservative side, taking lessons from past losses. Profit no matter how small is still a profit…there are more trades to come.
