  Bought to close 4150/4170 call spread for 2.20. Drops weekly profit to 1.95. Such a bitch when the last day of week (since I’m not trading for tomorrow) eats up most of profit. Also a bitch that this stop-out totally crept up on me… could have closed this spread for .10 or .15 after the open.

    My stop is always when the expected move added to current SPX price would exceed my short strike (or EM subtracted from SPX, for the put side). EM is in upper right corner of the options chain on TOS. The EM was 12.40 or so when SPX exceeded 4139…. 4139 + 12.40 is 4151.40, which is in breech of my short strike.
