Market,

I have covered all my positions and am now 100% in cash at Fidelity so earning interest.I don’t think the FED does anything tomorrow but inflation is still a problem.

If the puts are cash secured I believe the cash continues earning interest. Pretty cool double dip at Fidelity. It takes a lot to get me away from Think or Swim but I moved in Feb or March. Surprised that more big time option brokers don’t do something similar. TDA/Schwab asked me why I was moving and I was very blunt with them. LOL Told them I’d be back when interest rates are back below 1 percent.

  I am just looking at the chart of the TQQQ and 5,8, 10,and 20 day MA’s are all below the 50 day with the 5,8,and 10 day all trending down. If there is any bad news I think I can get a better entry.

    For sure. I wasn’t really being stock specific. Just throwing it out there that you don’t need to be 100 percent cash to receive 100 percent of the interest.

      Thanks, I knew that but i want limit my exposure to the market as the last 2 weeks of September are usually weak and we now have the posibility of a government shutdown.

        Love it! Shut ‘er down! Let’s see some VIX 25 again. These weak premiums are getting old.
