SPX trades 2/1

Two test trades put on at 5:33 just hit their 10% profit targets 52 minutes after the open. Both had 30-pt wings, an IB centered at 4865, and an IC centered at 4865/4870.

I will do another day of testing tomorrow, placing some BEFORE jobs report and more at the open. But I plan to go live on Monday with this trade replacing the SPX1dte condor strategy during less volatile periods.

  Did you open the trades before or after the open? I had opened one just after but had it pinned at 4860, still successful. It was a bit more of a struggle. Tells me that some care must be given to select the actual pin. Did you use some bias in your selection?

STOPPED – closed the call side for .50. Stop was hit at the highs.
