Put side closed for .10. Call side way past expected move but still a distance from short strike.

  Bailed on call side for 3.50. It didn’t hit my short strike, but I think there’s a strong chance it’s going to get there. After a long consolidation around 6310 with no significant pullback, it took a leg higher and again, no big pullback. Just my sense, although I could be wrong.
  
  My revised stop level has been seriously tested since I switched to it, with two breaches on the put side last week. Fortunately neither were painful because I got out when it was cheap. Today, I didn’t get a cheap chance. How I’ve been handling it is that if expected move (my old stop level) is breached I look to get a cheap exit. It worked okay on the downside last week but didn’t get a chance today.

    As it turned out, had I waited for the actual bnreach, I could have gotten out for 3.00 or less, since it didn’t happen until the last hour.
