After today’s roll I’ve now recovered all cash outlay to set all the SPX LEAPS positions. Sitting currently at 80 percent of my goal for max size. Before adding any more I’m going to spruce up the current rental houses a little (roll up the LEAPS slightly). Doesn’t affect current P/L but does require cash. Best thing is it reduces potential drawdowns in a selloff and reduces margin required on the daily put sales. Putting a new roof on the most run down property first. 🙂 🙂

After I recover this cash I’ll look at the next one. I’ve got one at the 6000 strike and the rest at 6100. A little maintenance never hurts. One house is empty right now saving that for a big spike in rent. 🙂 🙂 🙂
