SPY rolls 12/16/25

#FuzzyLEAPs Rolled $SPY Dec 16th 683 put to Dec 19th 682 put, 2.10 credit (9.28 so far). Rolled this a strike down but went all the way to Friday, which has a significant jump in premium from Thursday.

For my 684 put, rolled Dec 16th 684 to Dec 18th 684, .80 credit. Keeping this ITM at same level, rolling to Thursday.

My paper SPY calls trade is more difficult to handle in this move… The LEAPs spread has lost about 10.00 in value from last week’s highs, and the daily short calls have too little value left to trade. Last Thursday I had rolled the 686 call to today’s 687 call, skipping three days to get adequate premium and move a strike higher. Today, that is expiring worthless and I just sold the Dec 17th 683 call for .42. That’s a move down 4 strikes and below my 685 LEAP spread. I’ve sold 8.53 in dailys thus far, so trade is still in profit, despite the loss in LEAPs.
