What is perhaps even more striking is how recent the entire top 10 list is. Eight of the ten biggest put days in Cboe history have taken place in 2026, and the other two came in 2025 (Liberation Day and October 10, 2025). Three of them, Nov 5, Oct 30 and Oct 16, happened in the past three weeks alone. As for the three decades before that? Not a single entry.
