UVXY all time low

Just dipped down to 23.76, below the the 23.83 low on 12/2/15

Sold my stock this morning at 24.41…another one I’m getting out of the way of. I’ll look to re-enter above 25 or possibly just buy a VIX futures contract for a hedge if it falls to the 15-16 range. Had the stock aggressively covered along with quite a few UVXY call spreads. All together pretty much a wash. Broke my rule on UVXY by trading it to the long side…Grrrr never again. On the bright side…no harm no foul and ready for the next spike. Still long XIV and SVXY which is nice!

Yep, you beat me to it, my alert fired too. Looks like VIX upside warning is working for now. How long will it last?

  Could be getting close to time to buy some cheap protection. Watching for a possible long /VX future position. More bang for the buck protection without the serious contango of UVXY. Still a small cost to carry if no spike over next 30 days but cheap compared to UVXY.
