That’s a similar story that swirled around Brexit. A little different since they weren’t tied to the Euro, but still, similar discussion. Brexit did cause some turmoil (for a couple of day’s) since it wasn’t expected, but even then it didn’t bring down civilization. If this is expected to fail, and it does, isn’t that already reflected in the markets thereby this doomsday scenario won’t happen???

    Agreed, but if the belief is that a “No” vote will ultimately lead to leaving the Euro and right now it is expected that the “No” vote will win, wouldn’t that already be causing some serious volatility in European Markets??? That’s just the thought that is running through my head.

    It would seem that Germany would be the biggest looser and that market is higher today. Still in a down trend but no high volume sell off occurring. Even Italy is trading higher today. UK is higher today. France and Spain are basically flat. Just not seeing anyone fearful of the outcome.
