VIX Indicator and SPX Chart have been updated

Another new low on the VIX today.

SPX ATH today at 2214.74 at 10:53 AM EST
VIX is at 11.37 at around the same time.
Does this makes the “Upside Warning” level higher or lower?
Looking at the VIX and The SPX it seems that each time the VIX has been this low, the SPX has gone sideways for a while.

  The “level” of the UpW is determined by the 78.6% Fib line from the recent VIX lows and highs. As I posted, Wednesday fired a “mini” Upside signal, which further validates the original Warning and sure enough, led to a blistering rally.
