Closing ABBV

Bought to close $ABBV Oct 15 105 puts @ .60. Sold for 1.62 on 9/8.

I have been managing a position with ABBV….not doing as well as your short term strategy…..I got stung with the price drop which you took advantage of…nice job. I was in a covered call and had a short put when the price dropped.

  I like this move here. Took the profits because as you noted it was a short term trade based on the overextension but longer term if the stock breaks through the converging 50/200 day moving averages (111-113ish) then I think it has some real upside.

    ABBV will report on 10/29, might be a good pre-earning run candidate.
