  It could go a little lower but other than covid and one other time basically below 10 year lows. Decent credit on month to month rolls if needed. I probably won’t even roll down…just out. I’m almost at max size but might even go a little over max since sitting at 82% cash right now. Opportunities are hard to find.

    Yes, it is getting hard to find good trades. We need a 5% to 10% correction which we could get if the FED starts tapering.
