#VIXIndicator Looks like two new downside warnings, on usually the quietest day of the year. Down 2% on Christmas Eve.

Sentiment at all time low, that is usually a good contrarian indicator. However, there are another 4 trading days left for tax lot selling.

thanks for so much great insight this year.

Am just clicking with the idea of fuzzies after following you all year without getting it .
Wouldn’t now -ish, or say another 100 SPX points lower
to a likely bottom, be a great time to start plain vanilla bullish fuzzies on SPY and
similar general equity funds? Maybe out a year to a year and a half expiration.
Being careful about the short calls, put them way above and manage prudently…
Protective put of course.

  If/when we hit bottom I will be doing the same on any of the indexes but will go synthetic long and not cap the upside for a while. Or at least sell weeklies delta 30 OTM.
