Futures

@fibwizard are you still using the ST_Launchpad. I’m getting ready to go buy it if you still think this is a valuable indicator to use.

Kelly I use it for equity daily charts…its a good add-on for squeeze..it works well..Indicators in general dont well on a consistant basis in future day trading..I am only using a price chart and the compare-ticks at the bottom which give me the direction and movement of all 4 major indexes during the day…

after testing indicators, pivots, fibs, etc…I came across a good teacher/trader, who simplified my chart and methods quite a bit..he gave me his 34 ema, and told how to how to simplify my trading and charts…the 34ema and the pivots are all I need..I add fibs frrom the hi-lo as the day moves on for additional lines to trade to and from..and I draw a channel for the moves..if its in the channel, I stay in the trade..I use the PP’s, the 34ma, and the fibs for bounce and reversal areas and targets..

works cleaner, better and more accurate….indicators are lagging and cause too many false alarms and missed trades..futures people trade the numbers and lines…so thats what I ended going with…

  Thanks a bunch. Went to the website to buy the indicator but the checkout wasn’t secure (i.e. not https) and the browser said there was an issue with the website security certificate. So didn’t get it downloaded. Will try another time to see if the issue gets resolved.

  Did add the 34EMA to the chart, it is uncanny how well it tracks/attracts the movement of /ES and /YM.
