STO SVXY June 16 110…

STO SVXY June 16 110 put at 1.40. Small size, only 2 contracts as first foray into vol. products other than some trades on VXX years ago.

BTC 5/26 WDC 84.5 puts at 0.35, originally sold for 1.07.
BTC 6.2 WDC 83 puts at 0.45, origianally sold for 1.33

Closed these just to free up a little margin over the weekend in case there is any news.

As a follow up to my TSO trades below, dividend is 0.55 on Wed. after the close. After that I am going to try and unload by rolling my calls down each week until assigned. After dividend cost basis will be 79.02.

  Sold covered call on TSO on 5/2/17. Did the May 12 78 for 76.94. Will get called away today for about 100 buck profit in 10 days. Can’t complain. I think it was you, @hcgdavis that brought this to my attention back then. If so, then thanks. Don’t mind making an easy 100 in 10 days. Now I’ll be looking for another ITM covered call idea.

    If you can handle the risk, check the $NUGT $34.58, sell May 19 $34.5 call for 1.58 for a 4.64% ROI $1.53 gain if exercised. Be prepared to close shares if price drops below $34 to keep some premium.

      Thanks for the idea on $NUGT but I’m trying to stay away from these high octane ETFs. They can move too fast for me as I can’t just watch these that closely.

    Glad it worked. TSO is a name I trade often because it stays within a range but has good premium. WDC is another that does that although lately has broken out. GILD used to be but premiums have deflated on that one and is also a previous falling knife trade. Others are CELG, SWKS, GM actually for a low priced stock and HAL, AAL, DAL and some of the other transports.
    
    As long as vol stays low on the overall market I will keep looking for individual names and post them as I find them. I have a screener in TOS that helps me find them based on a 4 hour buy/sell signal and I usually create a list every Thurs.
