Total premium received for 2 weeks of put sales now up to 16.50. At some point might use a little of this to roll up Sep 420 calls…

  Not with this trade…I’m still a member though. Using some of his ideas but not following anything exactly. Love his long call diagonal type trades but not necessarily in the same underyings he uses. I copied the strategy on AMZN GOOGL JPM and VRX. Think JPM was the only trade he had on.

      LMAO…pretty entertaining though. He is a master at spinning things. He can say we may go up or we may go down…then whichever way we go he was right! A marketing genius! I have to admit, he did get the Trump win and election rally correct…not many were calling for either one of those, let alone both. As long as I’m making money with some of his ideas and strateegeries I can over look the back patting (which he does A LOT!!)

      Funny! A lot of them are like that, what they don’t show you is losing trades.
      
      The only 3 services I have ever belonged to that made money are Fishback, Motley fool, and now option income blueprint. Have been a member of others and they are junk. Most lose money, especially the loud ones that tell you how they are great. Interestingly the 3 above all have option selling at their core.
      
      The others are directional and may have a few good trades but lose over the long run. Save your money and do not use trading trainer, big trends, john carter (4 services now or something like that?) terrystips (although I received my initial option training from him and calendars used to work) TGO, and several others myself or friends have used. I also tried the free netpicks products and they were always late picking up a trend.
      
      I have had some good success using the alphashark tools but only buy them if they are on sale and finally the trading book has good info.
      
      Better to stick with traders that trade the same way i do.

        TGO is in a paper trading account but he shows you everything. He made over 6 figures in all 4 portfolios last year. Each portfolio started out with about 150-200k so not too bad. What he doesn’t tell you is the commission costs of his style of trading (this is the reason I don’t do many of his trades). He’ll typically do 5 wide spreads of something with 10’s or hundreds of contracts selling for 10 or 12 cents per spread. At that point you are basically one and done. No way to adjust or commissions wipe you out.
        
        I have made a lot on his other types of longer term trades. I have learned a lot but he basically is a one trick pony doing same thing over and over. He also gives enough info in his free daily videos where you can kinda pick up on what he’s doing (or pause the video when he shows a portfolio page).
        
        I started out monthly and once I had made enough from his ideas I upgraded to an annual. I’ll let that run it’s course and then re-evaluate.

        never been a member of TGO but I am bombarded with emails from them every day saying how great they are……appreciate the honest assessment.
        
        Yeah all the trades seem to be double vertical spreads or diagonals from what I have seen.
