  It appears everyone is a little different in their philosophy. If they turn around quickly I close them at 25 % and up, no real time frame for me, usually only assigned when things have gone badly.

  I just try to sell at or below obvious support levels as long as I can get decent premium (6-10 percent annualized) and would be happy owning the stock down there. A divvy kicker is even better.
