Honestly, I’m not seeing why this bill should make things bullish. Yes, it will stave off disaster for many families and businesses, but the economy is still shut down worldwide.

I’m of the belief that after a short term rally, we will definitely be retesting the lows, if not going much lower. That said, I believe we may have seen the tops in $VIX, $UVXY, $VXX. Now that we are all more settled into volatility, I’d be surprised if the next spikes go higher.
