WOW svxy is down 75 point – I did not see this coming. With the boat weight so short volatility is there any expectation of a bounce tomorrow? I have 100, 90, 70, 60 put sitting out there. ouch. Thanks Laura

  I am short the 125, 110, 105, 100 as well but have at least a week before any of them expire.
  
  If we start moving up I will take assignment and start selling calls to bring down cost basis. If we do not, I will roll out and down chipping away and take assignment or convert to a synthetic around 75 or lower.
  
  Don’t panic and buy back deep ITM right now, it is the most expensive thing to do at the moment.
  
  If you have a margin call but some cheap OTM puts just to offset your margin. However, that would be expensive as well at the moment.

  I have 100 p at the end of the week. 90 are March 70 is April and 60 are june (all singles). So I have time and am short calls so I have some protection. At 4:00 I was still up on the day. But in extended hours it’s trading at 15. If it open at 15 wow. It will not be good. I have 5 puts and 4 calls. Any suggestion on what to do with the 100’s? I am planning on waiting to see if it rebounds. I don’t see it going back to 100 anytime soon. My original plan for the 100’s was if it was close on Friday I would accept assignment and sell my stock which had cost basis of 35. Now I’m not sure what I’m going to do, except waiting it out.

Does SVXY trade extended hours? It’s around $18 now?

  The stock does but options cease trading at 4:15 ET.
