With the Vol getting so low, is it a good time to buy some Leap calls in UVXY or VXX?

These are not good products for the LEAPs strategy. They spend most of their time plummeting toward zero.

Mark Sebastain suggests 1 month out debit verticals if trying to go long volatility. Negates some of the decay and drag instead of just buying straight calls.

  Probably that is the way to go. It just looks like a lot or “advisors” are thinking that vol will increase in the coming months.

    Depends, if a #pietrade I let it assign and flip the direction.
    
    If a a #supercharger will roll it.
    
    If a #spycraft will roll or close it at a set loss point.
    
    If something goes way against me usually convert to a #fuzzy and try to bring it back to a scratch.
    
    Unfortunately none of that worked with SVXY.
