  Interesting that the article does not say WHEN they bought the stock, but it was in the open market transaction so it will not add any cash to Tesla’s balance sheet.

    I saw the flash msg on BloomBerg a while ago…didnt see or hear any real details, till a few mins ago..apparently they did $1B some time back..and recently another $1B investment…they are banking heavily on Tesla’s success…

    Unrelated, but the most recent Consumer Reports gave the Tesla 3 a mixed review, slightly better than the Nissan Leaf.
    On the other hand, CR said corn on the cob is good for you but you shouldn’t put butter and salt on it so what do they know.
