I bought some 215 SPY calls for 5 cents, expiring next week. It looks like the play right now is to buy the low quality junk stocks like MW when they crash on earnings. Up almost 15% in a straight line in an hour or so. Incredible short squeeze. I think Fed will use bad retail numbers as an excuse not to raise rates next week. If they do raise, 0.25% is the highest we’ll see in the next several years and I expect Fed funds to go negative in the next recession.
