SPX 1-dte closed

#SPX1dte Closed short calls for .10 and short puts for .05. Condor sold yesterday for .90.

Will sell one for Monday at the end of the day.

  Expire is an option today. I had to be away from the computer for awhile so couldn’t leave it alone. That has killed me before.

Jeff, is more helpful to post opening and closing transactions separately? I’m doing similar trades to you on SPX 1dte and notice that you post them separately.

I usually post trades as I place them. But I will sometimes combine into one post.

More important is keeping the structure of the Posts uniform.

(Buy/Sell) (to open or close) (Symbol) (Expiry) (Strike) (right or structure) for (price)

“Sold to Open SPX Jan 11th 2500 Put for 4.50”

“Bought to close AAPL Jan 18th 130/135/160/165 iron condors for .60.”

I usually list every trade that way, and add any explanation or comments. I will be adding some guidelines and templates to the menu bar soon. These aren’t rules so much as guidelines.

    my 2565x2555p for today was stopped at 2.95 debit at 2:31 am. Risked 1.00 to make 1.95, that’s the way the ball bounces.
