#LongCalls #LEAPS – Taking advantage of the never ending rise to get out of this at a tiny profit. Went long prior to the implosion but added the full position near the bottom. Ratio’d the call sales on the rise so happy to be out. Will look for a reset if we ever get a pullback.

Interesting thing with the triples, they recovered as quickly as the rest of my portfolio, in some cases quicker. I think the extra premiums help on the sell side.

I guess the best way to use them is strategically and watch the size. That was my biggest problem with SVXY, let the size get too big and it failed. In the accounts with just a few contracts barely even moved the account.

  It was still nowhere near the price I originally paid for the 70 calls. What saved the trade was going full position at near the exact bottom. Wish that’s where I had entered the whole thing! I’m not starting anymore of these unless we see real opportunity similar to the Dec implosion.

    Followed you on the original trade and added on major pull back, this proved to be the saving grace! Close all positions out today at a pretty reasonable return.
