HLF and AAOI Double Cal…. Jeff

Was wondering what TOS Modeling shows about potential profit for today?

I’ve set my sell orders on these and HLF for 1.30. That’ll only be possible with a dead center open and quick decay. So if you want to try for closing quickly, go much lower, like below a dollar on each.

    I don’t consider HLF “a pain”. It’s pretty much how these trades work. If you’re not dead center you have to wait.

  The main thing I do in the morning is look at my fill prices of all 4 options in a dub cal. On FLR, Feb22 filled for 1.24 and 1.48. The Mar01 were 1.44 and 1.74.
  
  So that’s 3.18 total for the longs. I would guess that will decrease to 2.70 or so with IV drop.
  
  So how much will the shorts drop and ow quickly? Maybe 1.40? So 2.70-1.40 =1.30
  
  Mostly guesswork, but if you watch how these prices act today, you’ll start to get more hang fo what to expect.
  
  From week IV on FLR and AAOI is very high, so it could be quite a collapse.

    Ok, so now I see FLR Mar01 options dropped A LOT, down to .83 and 1.08 as I type this. So 1.30 would only be doable later in the morning, if stock price does not stray much from 38.00.

We picked the right stocks movement wise, but premiums for next week dropped and premiums for THIS week are remaining stubborn. Lowered my price on all based on the differences of the Mid-price between this week and next I’m seeing on my screen.
